With the announcement of this Year for Priests, the Pope has declared St. John Vianney the Universal Patron of Priests on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the death of the Curé d’Ars.
CHALICE FOR VOCATIONS-
A new practice was started by the San Damiano Youth Group where one
family takes a chalice home after the Saturday, 6:00 PM Mass for a week
of prayer for vocations to the priesthood and religious life. Families
are asked to display it in a place of honor and fill the chalice each
